This privacy policy applies to the SELF APP mobile application ("SELF APP", "we", "our", "us"). Terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as in the Terms of Use, unless otherwise specified.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it by adhering to this policy. Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will handle it.
If you do not agree with our policies and principles, do not register, access, or use SELF APP. By registering, accessing, or using SELF APP, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This policy may change from time to time. Your continued use or access to SELF APP after changes are made is deemed acceptance of those changes, so please check this periodically.
This Policy sets out the key details regarding your personal data in relation to the controller and processor of personal data processed in SELF APP - UAB Interplay Digital, a legal entity established and existing under the laws of Lithuania, registration number 306156183, located at: Vilnius, Vilkpėdės g. 22, LT-03151, Lithuania.
The Policy applies to the SELF APP application and any related services (hereinafter - "SELF APP Services"). The terms governing your use of the SELF APP application are defined in our Terms of Use ("Terms of Use").
From time to time, we may develop new or offer additional services. If the introduction of these new or additional services results in significant changes to the ways we collect or process your personal data, we will provide you with additional information or additional terms or policies. Unless otherwise specified upon the introduction of these new or additional services, they will be governed by this Policy.

Explain how we use the personal data you share with us to provide you with the best experience when using SELF APP; and

We collect information from and about SELF APP users:
Directly from you when you provide it to us;
Automatically when you use SELF APP (e.g., IP address and/or browser and device characteristics); and
Data we receive from our partners.
1. Data you may provide:
• Registration data: Username (or alias), Email address, Password (stored encrypted);
• Personal settings or profile information (if an extended profile exists): Gender, Other details voluntarily entered by the user into their profile;
• Content you create/upload in SELF APP: Your diary entries (about emotional state, thoughts, etc.), Responses to psychological questionnaires or tests, including data on well-being, mood, stress;
• Payment data (if premium features exist): If payment is processed through App Store, Google Play, or another external system, financial data (card numbers) may be handled by the payment service, not directly by SELF APP;
• Support requests: Information you provide in correspondence.
2. Data collected automatically:
• Technical information about the device and connection: IP address, Device type (smartphone, tablet), Operating system and version (iOS, Android, etc.), Device model, language/region, Unique device identifiers (Device ID);
• Information about SELF APP usage: Actions in the app (visited sections, usage time, frequency of visits), Date and time of access, App errors, crash reports;
• Log files and journals: System event data (error codes, crashes), Session statistics, pages/screens visited by the user;
• Approximate location data (with consent): If SELF APP has geolocation content or offers content based on geographic zones.
3. Data we receive from partners:
• Analytics and marketing: Data from analytical platforms (Google Analytics for Firebase, Amplitude, etc.);
• Social networks or authorization services: If SELF APP allows registration via Google, Facebook, or other platforms;
• Payment processors / app stores: Data on payment status, subscriptions, or subscription cancellations;
• Mental health partners (if applicable): If SELF APP is integrated with an external psychotherapy service.
When you register for SELF APP, access it, or use it, we may ask you to provide information (a) that can identify you, such as your name, mobile phone number, email address, or any other personal or personally identifiable information under applicable law ("personal information"), and/or (b) that relates to you but does not identify you personally.
This information includes:
Information you provide by filling out forms on SELF APP;
Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses) if you contact us;
Your responses to surveys;
Details of transactions you carry out through SELF APP.
When you use or access SELF APP or its content, certain third parties may use automated information collection technologies to gather information about you or your device.
We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have questions about a third party’s handling of your information, you should contact the responsible provider directly.

Your password protects your account, so we recommend using a strong, unique password for your SELF APP account.
Personal data collected within Ukraine, the European Union, the European Economic Area, or Switzerland may be transferred to and processed by third parties located outside these territories.
We will retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via SELF APP or by email.
We do not knowingly collect or request personal data from individuals under 18 years of age.
We may display advertisements from third parties and other content that links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy policies.
If you wish to delete your account and the associated personal data, you must navigate to the profile settings within the SELF APP application and select the "Delete Account" option. Upon completion of this action, your account will be permanently removed from our databases, and we will no longer have the technical capability to restore it. Please note that this deletion process is irreversible, and all data linked to your account will be permanently lost without the possibility of recovery.
